I am a Hypno-Gastric Band licensed practitioner and a trained specialist in this field and I am here to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

The process begins with a free introductory call, where we'll chat about your weight loss goals and determine if this service is the right fit for you. If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule four sessions where we'll work together to create lasting change.

During our sessions, I'll use hypnosis to simulate the effects of a gastric band surgery without any of the risks or complications. You'll learn to cut out snacking and eat smaller portions, all without feeling deprived or restricted. With our program, you'll develop a healthier relationship with food, helping you make choices that support your weight loss goals.

I am able to deliver the Hypno-Gastric Band package from my home office in Kinross, at your home (distance permitting) or online using a video call platform. As well as the four sessions, I also provide you with two recordings to listen to daily at home and I will ask you to record your eating and exercise in a diary.
